Cucurbitacin B通过影响细胞骨架以及JNK通路抑制了五个GBM细胞系U87,U118,U343,U373和T98G的生长,其ED50值介于5 nM和100 nM之间。Cucurbitacin B还将GBM细胞系细胞周期阻断在G2/M阶段,降低了细胞的迁移,诱导了细胞的凋亡。[1] 在人源乳腺癌细胞系中,Cucurbitacin B抑制了细胞的生长,其ED50值介于30.3 nM和418 nM之间,并且诱导了细胞骨架的损伤。[2] 此外,Cucurbitacin B还显示了免疫调节及抗炎症作用,主要依赖于其通过活化Nrf2而对heme oxygenase-1表达的诱导。 [3] |
