这是单核细胞分离液还是单个核细胞分离液？分离出来的只有单核细胞？有淋巴细胞吗？ 2022-10-02 18:13:50
Administrator是单核细胞分离液，密度梯度法离心分离的没办法只得到其中某一种细胞，得到的密度相近的细胞层中是有淋巴细胞的，后面可以用流式细胞仪对细胞分选或者磁珠法进分离纯化，也有根据培养过程中细胞贴壁差异性做区分的，淋巴细胞是不贴壁的。
