Product introduction
Lithium chloride is a strong dehydrating agent, which can reduce the solubility of RNA and make proteins detached from chromosomes. Contaminated high molecular weight RNA and proteins in plasmids can be precipitated by high concentration of lithium chloride and removed by low speed centrifugation. Lithium chloride is also the gas chromatographic stationary phase (maximum operating temperature 650 ℃, solvent water).
