Determination significance:
Trypsin ( EC 3.4.4.4 ) selectively hydrolyzes the peptide chain composed of the carboxyl groups of lysine or arginine in denatured proteins and is an important digestive enzyme. In addition,trypsin is also widely used in the adjuvant treatment of local edema,,hematoma and abscess caused by empyema,hemothorax,surgical inflammation,ulcer and traumatic injury.
Determination principle:
Trypsin catalyzes the substrate BAPNA to produce p-nitroaniline ( p-NA ),which has a characteristic absorption peak at 405 nm wavelength. Since the absorbance value of p-NA is proportional to the content,the enzyme activity of trypsin can be calculated by measuring the p-NA produced per unit time.

Spectrophotometer,1mL glass cuvette,centrifuge,water bath,adjustable pipette,mortar/homogenizer,ice and distilled water.
