Product introduction
for experimental research.
Biosynthesis: In an organism, tRNA genes on DNA molecules are transcribed to generate tRNA precursors that are then processed into mature tRNA:
The processing oftRNA precursors includes the removal of redundant nucleotides at either end or inside the precursor molecule; The modified nucleotides that form the mature molecules of tRNA; If the 3 'end of the precursor molecule lacks a CCA order, a complementary CCA end is added. All processing processes are carried out under enzymatic catalysis.
Synthetic: In 1981, Chinese scientist Wang Debao et al. synthesized yeast alanine-trna for the first time by a combination of chemical and enzymatic synthesis. "It consists of 76 nucleotides, including all the modifications found in the natural molecule, and the product has a biological activity similar to that of the natural molecule (see RNA and nucleic acid synthesis)."
