Quick Antigen RetrievalSolution for Cell Sections Quick antigen retrievalsolution for cell sections Quick antigen retrievalsolution for cell sections is a rapid antigen repair solution suitable for cell sections. It only takes 5 minutes of incubation at room temperature to complete antigen repair of cell sections samples fixed with paraformaldehyde, formaldehyde or other aldehydes.

Scope of application

A rapid antigen retrieval solution suitable for cell climbing.

Usage method

1. After the cell crawling tablet is fixed, wash it with PBS for 3 times, 5min each time. 2. Add antigen repair solution to cover the cell sheet and incubate at room temperature for 5min. 3, PBS washing cell crawling tablets, repeated 3 times, 5min each time. Wash the remaining SDS thoroughly to avoid inactivation of the antibody. 4. Blocking liquid blocks cell crawling tablets. 5. Subsequent immunostaining steps such as primary antibody incubation can then be carried out.
