In Vivo：
Mice（10~40 mg/kg AS-IV ，i.p.）：
In order to explore the protective effect of AS-IV on the intestinal mucosa, mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 10 mice per group): 0.9% saline control (5 ml/kg, i.p.), Ara-C-induced (100 mg/kg for 7days, i.p.) and the Ara-C + AS-IV group (Ara-C 100 mg/kg + AS-IV 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg). Three days before injection of Ara-C, mice were pretreated intraperitoneally with AS-IV once a day until the tenth day and then killed at day 10 or day 13 to collect the intestinal tissue.
