Caffeic acid is a kind of important pharmaceutical raw material, which has the functions of anti-inflammation, anti-virus, anti-oxidation and immunomodulation.
Measurement Principle:
Caffeic acid has an absorption peak at 323 nm and can be determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.
