芹菜素-7-Oglucuronide可抑制基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)活性,MMP-3,MMP-8,MMP-9,MMP-13的IC50分别为12.87,22.39,17.52,0.27μM[1]。灯盏花素A还以剂量依赖性方式抑制ACHN和786-O细胞的迁移能力。还显示,与对照组相比,用灯盏花素A(30,60和90μM)处理24小时后,ACHN和786-O细胞的凋亡率显著增强,呈剂量依赖性[2]。 |
