Determination of Significance：
Luteolin, a natural flavonoid, is found in a variety of vegetables and fruits and has a wide range of pharmacological activities. It not only inhibits tumor cell proliferation, induces tumor cell apoptosis, helps the body resist malignant tumor, but also can resist inflammation and oxidation, protect liver and cardiovascular system, prevent and reduce osteoporosis.
Measurement Principle：
Luteolin has an absorption peak at 360 nm and can be determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.

High-performance liquid chromatography (C18 column (4.6 × 250mm) , UV detector (VWD) , desktop centrifuge, adjustable pipette, pedestal homogenizer, brown EP tube, needle filter (50, organic series, 0.45 μm) , syringes, strainers, membranes (organic, water) , brown sampling bottles (50,1.5 mL) , acetonitrile (chromatographic purity, 500 mL) , super-pure water, phosphoric acid (analytical purity) , methanol (analytical purity) , 5ml white plastic reagent bottles, 2ml EP tubes.
