大鼠:在Wistar Crl:(WI)WU BR大鼠中检查新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮的胚胎毒性/致畸性。该研究由四组28只交配雌性大鼠组成,即对照组(0%新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮)和三个治疗组(1.25,2.5和5%新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮)。每天观察动物的一般状况和行为两次。体重在妊娠第0,7,14和21天确定。食物消耗在连续三个时期(妊娠0-7,7-14和14-21天)确定[4]。 [3]小鼠:将新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮溶于0.5%CMC载体中。将小鼠随机分成四组。对照组在整个过程中接收相同数量的车辆。 PQ组每天一次接受盐水连续6天。最后一次盐水处理后一小时,给小鼠注射PQ(75mg/kg体重)。新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮组通过口服强饲法连续6天接受200mg/kg体重的日剂量。最后的新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮治疗后1小时,给小鼠注射PQ(75mg/kg体重)[3]。 |
