In Vitro:
Cell(hAMSCs;40 μg/mL L-proline;21d):
For chondrogenesis, hAMSCs were cultured in an induction medium composed of 10 ng/mL TGF-β1, 100 nM dexamethasone, 50 μg/mL ascorbic acid (Solarbio), and 40 μg/mL L-proline (Solarbio) for 21 days. Toluidine blue staining was performed to observe the chondrogenic diferentiation. The cells were fxed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 min, stained with toluidine blue solution (Solarbio) for 5 min, and washed extremely to remove unbound dyes. Te staining cells were observed under an inverted microscope.
