In Vivo:
Rats（Wistar rats；50 mg/kg T-BHQ, i.p.；every second day）:
For t-BHQ treatment, the rats were divided in control and t-BHQ groups. T-BHQ (Solarbio) was dissolved in DMSO (Solarbio), to a final concentration of 2 mg/mL in 1% DMSO-saline for intraperitoneal (i.p.) injections every second day, with t-BHQ doses of 50 mg/kg in Wistar rats. The rats in control groups were subjected to 1% DMSO-saline injection.
