E. coli DB3.1 cells produced by our company contain gyrA462 gene, which is resistant to the toxicity of ccdB gene products of λ phage, and is especially suitable for transforming and expanding plasmid vectors containing ccdB genes. Using pUC19 plasmid detection, the conversion efficiency can reach 107 cfu/μg, and the conversion efficiency does not change when stored at -70℃ for several months. Each receptive state can be packaged and used as appropriate, reducing the cost of the experiment. Stable quality, easy to use, high quality and low price.
