TE buffer is formulated from Tris and EDTA, which is mainly used to dissolve nucleic acids and can store nucleic acids stably. TE buffer is a solution that resists pH changes when a small amount of acid or base is added. This product is 1×TE buffer premixed powder, directly dissolve the powder with water, can be prepared into 1×TE buffer, without adjusting the PH value. Composition: 10mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, PH 8.0.

Usage:

1, each bag of powder can be prepared into 1000ml of 1×TE buffer.

2. Deionized water or double steaming water is used as solvent when preparing.

3, take out all the powder in the bag dissolved in 800ml deionized water or distilled water, fixed volume to 1000ml, and prepare 1×TE buffer.
