This product uses a unique cracking system, without the use of β-mercaptoethanol, phenol, chloroform and other toxic reagents, suitable for a variety of simple plant tissue materials (such as leaves, stems, young seedlings, etc.) RNA extraction, fast operation, can effectively extract molecular weight of more than 200 nt RNA. The plant RNA extracted by this kit has high purity and little contamination with protein, genomic DNA and other impurities. It can be directly used in RT-PCR, Northern blot, Real Time PCR, cDNA library construction and other downstream experiments.
