The serum plasma miRNA extraction kit has simple operation procedure, good repeatability and high small RNA yield. High-purity miRNA can be obtained by one step on the column using this kit, and small RNA can be extracted in about 10min. Among the Small Rnas extracted by this kit, more than 95% are in the range of 15-200NT in length, and basically do not contain large RNA and DNA, which can be directly used for subsequent reverse transcription, Northern hybridization, sequencing and other applications.
