Product Introduction:
The spore is highly refractive, has a dense outer membrane, has low permeability, and is difficult to stain and decolorize.
This product uses heat dyeing to dye spores. When dyeing under heat condition, the dye not only enters the bacteria but also enters the spores. The dye entering the bacteria can be decolorized by alcohol, while the dye on the spores is still retained.
