Fast endonuclides are a series of restriction endonuclides that have been genetically engineered to precisely cut DNA in 5 to 15 minutes, and are suitable for rapid enzyme cutting of plasmid DNA, PCR products or genomic DNA. Fast endonuclease has the following characteristics: it can be completed in 5~15 minutes; Sharing one digestion Buffer greatly simplifies the digestion reaction system. Good redundancy of enzyme activity, easy to cope with substrate excess or difficult template enzyme cutting. In addition, dephosphorylation and ligation reagents are 100% active in the digestion Buffer, supporting a tubeization reaction and improving the enzyme-modified-ligation experience.

Fast enzyme that can complete the reaction in 5-15 minutes
Reaction conditions: 10× FastCut Buffer&10× FastCut Color Buffer, 37℃.
Thermal inactivation: 80℃for 20 minutes
Methylation sensitivity: Influenced by CpG methylation, shear is affected when sequence overlaps; Due to EcoBI methylation, clipping may be affected when sequences overlap
Asterisk activity: 1 hour incubation did not show asterisk activity, 16 hours may appear asterisk activity
