Instructions for use:

The optimal coating concentration depends on the cell type and the purpose of application or study.

1. Dissolve collagen with 0.1M acetic acid solution and configure a 0.1% (w/v) collagen storage solution. Room temperature stirring

1-3h until the collagen is completely dissolved.

2. Take a sterile glass bottle, line the bottom of the bottle with a layer of chloroform, transfer the collagen solution to the top layer of chloroform, chloroform volume

It is 10% of the collagen solution and cannot be shaken or stirred. Let stand overnight at 2-8℃. Transfer the upper layer collagen solution

To a sterile container (sterile operation). If the filter membrane is used to filter the bacteria, the protein will be lost.

3. Calculate the amount of coated liquid required according to the coated area; The 0.1% collagen storage solution was diluted 10-fold to produce a working concentration of 0.01%.

4. Add collagen working solution to the cell culture dish at a concentration of 6-10ug/cm2 and cover the surface completely.

5. Leave at room temperature or 37℃ for several hours, or 2-8℃ overnight.

6. Blot away excess liquid and allow petri dishes to dry overnight. A good petri dish surface can be sterilized overnight by UV irradiation.

7. The surface of the cell culture dish can be washed with a sterile balanced salt solution before reinoculating the cells.
