D2000 plus DNA Ladder is a combination of separately prepared PCR products, a total of nine DNA fragments, have been added to the sample buffer, can be directly electrophoretic, each sample of 5μL. In order to facilitate the observation after electrophoresis, the concentration of the specifically enhanced 750bp band was about 100ng/5μL, and the DNA concentration of other bands was about 50ng/5μL.
