The DL15000 DNA Ladder is a combination of individually prepared PCR products, consisting of seven DNA fragments, which have been added to the sample buffer and can be directly electrophoreted with 5μL samples each time. The concentration of the 2500bp band was about 100ng/5μL, and the DNA concentration of other bands was about 50ng/5μL.
