Ampiroxicam处理小鼠,抑制Phenylbenzoquinone(PBQ)诱导的伸展反应,最大保护效果(MPE)为2 mg/kg。在大鼠足肿胀(RFE)实验中,Ampiroxicam抑制肿胀,这种作用存在剂量依赖性,单度口服处理,ED50为28 mg/kg,每日口服处理,ED50为7.8 mg/kg。Ampiroxicam处理患佐剂性关节炎的大鼠,抑制原发性和继发性的身体损伤发展,ED50分别为2.2 mg/kg 和 0.5 mg/kg。Ampiroxicam(3.2 mg/kg)处理大鼠,导致血浆浓度为12 μg/mL,Tmax 为2小时。[3]紫外线A(UVA)照射的1%Ampiroxicam致敏的豚鼠在UVA照射的1% Ampiroxicam 和1% Thiosalicylate(TOS)斑点试验中呈阳性反应。与Piroxicam相比,UVA照射剂量增加,Ampiroxicam 的浓度很容易降低。[4] |
