Application: Designed for small scale protein purification, can be filled with agarose, dextran, ion exchange resin, biological gel and other different chromatography media, through the principle of centrifugation, rapid protein purification. When used, the affinity resin and other fillings were loaded into the centrifuge column, and after the fillings were automatically deposited, the bottom of the centrifuge column was gently twisted to remove the excess buffer, and then the sample was loaded and combined, the unbound impurities were removed by centrifugation, and the purified target protein was obtained by elution. It can be used in affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, nucleic acid protein desalting, immunodepletion, immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and other experiments.
