Product introduction: Magnetic bead method to extract bacterial genomic DNA agent box, so that bacteria in the lysate is completely cracked, under the action of binding solution to promote genomic DNA and magnetic bead specific recognition and efficient combination, after rinsing by bleaching solution can maximize the removal of impurities protein and other organic compounds, under the action of external magnetic force can be separated from the sample DNA. The extracted genomic DNA has a high purity A260/A280 ratio between 1.8-2.0, which can be applied to various molecular biology downstream experiments. Applicable to Gram-negative bacteria. Advantages: Magnetic bead method for extracting bacterial genomic DNA has incomparable advantages over traditional column method. Compared with column method, the experimental time is greatly shortened and the high quality bacterial genomic DNA extracted can be applied to various molecular biology downstream experiments. It has the advantages of simple operation, short time, safety and non-toxic, and can complete automatic extraction.
