Bone tissue total protein extraction kit is suitable for extracting total egg white from various animal bone tissue samples. All kinds of dense bone, cancellous bone and cartilage tissue samples can be extracted. Can be used for fresh bone tissue samples or decalcified bone tissue samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and can be completed within 1 hour. The protein extract of the kit can fully lyse bone cells, osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and contains a mixture of protease inhibitors, which prevents protease from degrading protein and provides a guarantee for extracting high-purity protein.
