Determination of Significance:
Free fatty acids (FFA) is the product of fat hydrolysis, also the substrate of fat synthesis. The concentration of FFA in serum is related to lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism and endocrine function.
Measurement Principle:
FFA combines with copper ion to form fatty acid copper salt which is dissolved in chloroform. The content of free fatty acids can be calculated by copper reagent method.
Self Provided:
Spectrophotometer/ Microplate reader, centrifuge, adjustable pipette, micro glass cuvettes/96 well plates, vortex mixer, mortar/homogenizer, one 50mL glass bottle, one 10mL glass bottle, n-heptane, anhydrous Methanol, chloroform, ice, absolute ethanol and distilled water.

Administrator您好,是可以检测的,生化试剂盒没有对样本来源或种属限定,试剂盒技术指标中有检出限和线性范围,取决于提取到的浓度。操作步骤按照500万细胞量对应1mL提取液,破碎方式可以用超声破碎,后面离心条件同组织样本一样,最后计算可以用按蛋白浓度计算的公式。
