Magrose NHS is surface modified with NHS groups and can form stable peptide bonds with proteins and other molecules with primary amine groups for affinity purification of antibodies, antigens and other biomolecules. Compared with traditional carboxyl and amino magnetic beads, the beads containing NHS groups do not need to be activated by EDC/NHS or glutaraldehyde in advance. The primary amino containing biological ligand can simply be dissolved in the Coupling Buffer provided with the kit. By mixing the protein with NHS magnetic beads at room temperature for 1~2 h, the biological ligand can be covalently coupled to the magnetic beads, which has the advantages of simple operation, mild coupling conditions, fast and efficient biological ligand coupling. The magnetic bead coupling process must be carried out in a buffer solvent without any amino group. In manual operation, the magnetic separation frame is used to separate the magnetic bead from the solvent. It can also be operated with automated equipment, which is suitable for the screening of multiple samples.
