Determination of Significance：
Zinc is one of the essential trace elements and also plays an important role in insulin and porphyrin metabolism.
Measurement Principle：
In the solution of pH 8.5~9.5, the coordination compound formed by Zn2+ and zinc reagent has the maximum absorption peak at 620nm.
