Product Features:
Quick circle drawing, balanced pen liquid output, slide is not easy to contaminate, specimen preparation is simple, antibodies/reagents are not easy to lose in the circle being drawn. Under the premise of not affecting the experimental results, the amount of antibody can be effectively reduced, and the dry flake and peeling caused by the loss of surface reagents can be avoided.
Experimental method:
First, the tissue sections were dewaxed and hydrated, and then the liquid on the tissue edges of the slides was wiped off with tissue paper. Then, an immunohistochemical pen was used to draw circles around the subject on the slides or a line above and below the tissue edges, and the slides were dried for 10-15s, and then immersed in PBS.
Application:immunohistochemical staining, immunofluorescence staining, in situ hybridization, special staining and other experiments.
