Product Introduction:
Safranin O is a cationic dye that can combine with many anions. It can stain basophilic cartilage matrix, nucleic acid and lignified cell wall. It is often used in combination with solid green to distinguish and stain osteogenic cartilage, and can also be used to distinguish between cellulose cell wall and lignified cell wall. In addition, it can also be used for mast cell staining with alcian blue.
