Alkaline Peptone Water

Product introduction
For selective enrichment culture of basophilic bacteria, especially Vibrio SPP.
Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen source; Sodium chloride was used to maintain the equilibrium osmotic pressure. A higher pH is beneficial to inhibit the growth of coliforms and other miscellaneous bacteria, and to the growth of Vibrio cholerae.
How to use
Open the package can be used.
