Product introduction
For the growth culture of intestinal bacteria.
Peptone provides protein, vitamins and amino acids; Glucose provides carbon source; Disodium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents. Bile salt and brilliant green were selective bacteriostatic agents, which inhibited the growth of non-enterobacteriaceae bacteria.
