For the growth culture of Yersinia enterocolitis.
Sorbitol provides carbon and nitrogen sources, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate as buffers, bile salts inhibit Gram-positive bacteria, and sodium chloride provides osmotic pressure required by cells.
