Product introduction
For selective growth culture of Shigella.
Tryptone provided nitrogen source, glucose provided carbon source to meet the needs of bacterial growth; Sodium chloride can maintain a balanced osmotic pressure; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents; Tween 80 is a neutralizer; Neomycin can inhibit the growth of gram-positive bacteria.
