Protamine Sulfate Salt

Can be used for the removal of DNA or protein samples used for DNA binding protein purification. In a retrovirus mediated gene transfer can be used as a substitute poly condensation amine. Protamine sulfate is a small cationic protein that can bind to DNA and produce precipitates. Protamine sulfate neutralizes the anticoagulant activity of heparin and also inhibits lipoprotein lipase.

Administrator1. 鱼精蛋白硫酸盐溶于6M Hcl,溶解度25 mg/ml，可能含有不溶物和组蛋白。
2. 可以用于蛋白质溶液中去除DNA，但具体用量因不同蛋白样本浓度存在差异，需要自行参考文献来摸索适宜浓度。
3. 高浓度的SDS会影响鱼精蛋白电荷特性，影响DNA与蛋白的凝聚。
