LC-MS
The samples were analyzed by LC-MS system . A 10-ml solution was injected into the LC column (C18 2.6μm 100 ×2.1 mm) with a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min. The column temperature was 4 ℃. Buffer A consisted of 0.1% formic acid in the water, and Buffer B was methanol. The gradient was 5% Buffer B for 1 min,5–95% Buffer B for 14 min, and 95% Buffer B for 3 min.The sample was analyzed by mass spectrometer with directinfusion of the sample into the electrospray ionization source operating in the negative ion mode. Curtain gas, ion source gas and auxiliary gas were 40 psi, 65 psi and 65 psi, respectively.IonSpray voltage floating, collision energy and declustering potential were set to -4500 V, -10 V and -80 V, respectively,with a gasification temperature of 550 ℃.

UPLC-PDA
The levels of the main active ingredients of MSJZT were detected using a UPLC-PDA method. Chromatographic separation was performed on a UPLC system with a photodiode array detector (PDA) and C18 (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm ) column. The column temperature was set at 30℃. The mobile phase was composed of 0.1% phosphoric acid (A) and acetonitrile (B). The optimum adsorption and elution conditions were set as follows: 0–1.5 min, 95% B; 1.5–6 min, 95–80% B; 7–10 min, 80–60% B; 10–10.5 min, 50–35% B; 10.5–12 min, 35–30% B; 12–12.5 min, 30–20% B; 12.5–16 min, 20–10% B; 16–16.5 min, 10–0% B; and 16.5–18 min, 0–95% B.
