Taq Plus DNA Ploymerase is a mixture of Taq enzyme and Pfu enzyme with both 5 '→ 3' exonuclease activity and 3 '→5' exonuclease activity. The Taq Plus DNAPloymerase combines the high efficiency of Taq DNAPloymerase with the high fidelity of Pfu DNAPloymerase. Compared with Taq enzyme, Taq Plus DNA Ploymerase has the advantages of increased amplification length (up to 10kb effective amplification length for template) and better fidelity. Compared with Pfu enzyme, it has the advantages of rapid expansion and high reaction efficiency. It is often used for PCR amplification with high fidelity requirements and complex template structure (such as high GC content and secondary structure). The PCR products can be directly cloned by TA. If it is necessary to improve the cloning efficiency, it is recommended to purify them first and add A before TA cloning.
