dNTP (2 '-deoxynucleotide-5' -triphosphate) Mix contains four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) dissolved in 0.6mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) at concentrations of 2.5mM or 10mM. It can be used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, filling, incision translation, cDNA synthesis and TdT tail reaction.
