dNTPs (2 '-deoxynucleotide-5' -triphosphate) produced by Beijing Solarbio Company is purified by chemical synthesis of dNMPs and ion exchange chromatography, and its purity is higher than 98%. 4×dNTPs contains four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) at a concentration of 100mM, soluble in water, and can be used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, filling, notch translation, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tail reaction.
