Product introduction
SOB medium is the most commonly used medium in molecular biology for bacterial culture. The raw materials of SOB culture medium produced by the company are domestic analytical pure and imported reagents, which are fully mixed.
Preparation method
Add all of this product to distilled water, set the volume to 1L, stir to fully dissolve it, adjust the PH value to about 7.2 (generally this step can be omitted, do not adjust).

KCl: 0.186
MgCl2:0.95
