dNTPs (2 '-deoxynucleotide-5' -triphosphate) produced by Beijing Solarbio Company is purified by chemical synthesis of dNMPs and ion exchange chromatography, and its purity is higher than 98%. The 25mM dNTP (2 '-deoxynucleotide-5' -triphosphate) Mix contains four deoxynucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) dissolved in 0.6 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) at a concentration of 25 mm each. The 25mM dNTP Mix can be diluted to 10mM or 2.5mM for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, filling, incision translation, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tail reaction.
