Product Introduction:
Ammonium oxalate crystal violet staining solution is mainly composed of ammonium oxalate, crystal violet, ethanol, etc. It can be used as Gram stain, and ammonium oxalate and ethanol can be used to stain instead of water-soluble crystal violet because of the dye promotion and synergistic effect. Because it is easy to stain, it usually needs a longer cleaning and differentiation time or is used with special differentiation solution.
