Product Introduction:
Viral hepatitis is an infectious disease caused by hepatitis viruses with degeneration and necrosis of liver parenchymal cells as the main lesion. Hepatitis B virus is present in the cytoplasm of infected liver cells, and HBsAg and HBcAg of hepatitis B virus can now be demonstrated by immunohistochemical methods.
Hepatitis B Virus Staining Kit (Gomori Aldehyde Lavender Method) is simple to use and quick to stain. The staining mechanism may be that mature aldehyde Magenta has a strong affinity for specific proteins and sulfate-containing mucopolysaccharides, which can bind solidly to HBsAg, and HBsAg-positive material appears in a violet to dark purple color, with a yellowish background. Elastin fibers and lipofuscin in hepatocytes also appeared purple to dark purple.
