which was determined using a high-performance liquid chromatography system (Daojing LC-2030, Japan) on a TSK-GEL G2000 SWXL column (Tosoh, Tokyo, Japan). The samples (5 mg/mL) were eluted using an isocratic gradient of 0.1 mol/L PBS with 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 (pH 6.7) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min and was monitored at 214 nm.
