This product can be combined with ammonium persulfate or its substitutes to generate free radical catalyzed acrylamide polymerization to produce polyacrylamide gels for electrophoresis separation of proteins or nucleic acids.
This product is low toxicity, no odor, low volatility, can be used to replace TEMED, the recommended addition ratio is 1%-2%.
