Dye-free PAGE gel rapid preparation kit (10%) is suitable for the rapid preparation of polyacrylamide gel. This product uses the premixed formula of the upper glue and the lower glue, just mix the reagent in pairs and add the coagulant to gel. After filling the lower layer of glue, no liquid seal is required, and the upper layer of glue can be directly injected, which is simple and fast. The upper layer of tape with color is convenient for sampling and distinguishing different gels. The gel contains fluorescent dye, which can be directly observed in the imager for protein separation and membrane transfer efficiency. The modified coagulant provided with the matching has good stability and coagulation-promoting effect, and TEMED is not needed in the gluing process. The gel prepared by this kit can be used for denaturing PAGE gel electrophoresis.
