Product Introduction:
Hematoxylin-Eosin staining, referred to as HE staining, is one of the commonly staining methods in pathological staining techniques. The hematoxylin staining solution is alkaline, which mainly make the chromatin in the nucleus and the ribosomes in the cytoplasm colored violet blue.Eosin is an acidic dye that primarily colors the cytoplasm and components of the extracellular matrix red.
All reagents included in this product are working solutions and can be used directly. G1121 is modified from G1120 by replacing the hematoxylin of conventional HE with a differentiation-resistant hematoxylin to facilitate adjustment of nuclear staining intensity and clarity. Using alcohol-soluble eosin instead of water-soluble eosin resulted in more stable solution properties and longer lasting staining effect. The special enhanced reverse blue solution is used to make the color contrast brighter and the coloring clearer.
