Product introduction
Agar powder is composed of Agarose and Agaropectin. The solubility of Agar powder is insoluble in cold water, easily soluble in boiling water, and slowly soluble in hot water. The test gel strength is 1.5% Agar powder solution solidified at 20 degrees Celsius, can withstand the maximum pressure is 800-1200g/cm2. In biological experiments, the amount of Agar powder added to microbial medium and plant tissue culture medium is 1.5-2% (working concentration is 6-25g/L).
When the Agar powder is not solidified in the experiment, the conventional detection method includes pH value, concentration, temperature, and full mixing.
