Product Introduction:
Narrowly defined, connective tissue staining refers to the distinguishing staining between the three types of fibers, namely collagen fibers, reticular fibers, elastic fibers, or distinguishing staining between them and other tissues. Masson trichrome staining is the most classic method in connective tissue staining and an authoritative and classic technique for collagen fiber staining. The so-called trichrome staining usually refers to staining the cell nucleus and selectively displaying collagen fibers and muscle fibers. The dyeing principle of this method is related to the size of anionic dye molecules and the penetration of tissues: the size of molecules is reflected by their molecular weight. Small molecular weight dyes are easy to penetrate tissues with dense structures and low permeability, while large molecular weight dyes can only enter tissues with loose structures and high permeability.
The Mallory's Trichrome Stain Kit is a simplified and improved trichrome staining method that eliminates the need for specialized nuclear staining steps. Therefore, it is mainly used for rapid differentiation and staining of collagen fibers and muscle fibers. As it is a simplified and fast dyeing formula suitable for fixed templates, it is recommended that customers conduct pre experimental adjustments before batch dyeing to achieve the desired dyeing results.
